Minecraft Light-Up Redstone Ore Review

Read our Minecraft Light-Up Redstone Ore review before you buy one and beware the pitfalls of this Minecraft monument. This is a great little geek light but it’s not without its drawbacks.

Small for the price even for avid fans, and a lot smaller than you would anticipate so beware, however any avid Minecraft fan would love this! If you are a Minecraft Geek looking for a Minecraft souvenir or present then this may be what you are looking for.

The Item itself is par, nothing out of the ordinary – it’s a night light that resembles a red stone piece, what increasingly do you anticipate? If you hit it with a pickaxe however this will certainly break but as a great little night light this is perfect.

The light itself is no larger than a Rubik’s Cube, however if you are a Minecraft fanatic or have Minecraft fanatic children then it’s perfect and that is all that matters.

This is a great little night light but it is genuinely little, there are three brightness settings which increase each time you tap it. Wait a second or two between taps, there is a slight delay to guard against double taps. After 5 minutes or so it will switch itself off, just like Redstone in the game!

Some users have complained that even at its brightest its usefulness as a light is limited in larger areas but if you are insane about Minecraft then this is a perfect gift for you even if the cost is a little steep for the size of the item.

The light will turn itself after five minutes or so in order to preserve the batteries, it would be nice to be able to change the length on the time, it makes much better talking point if you can leave it turned on for longer. If none of this stuff matters and if you are looking for a Geek light and you are Minecraft fan then look no further!
