You can also use this rub on chicken or steak but it’s natural home is on Pork. Especially BBQ pork.
Technically it’s a seasoned salt so go sparingly until you’re sure you’ve got the mix right.
2 Tbsp ground white pepper
2 Tbsp ground black pepper
1/3 cup of sea salt
1 and a 1/2 Tbsp ground cumin
2 Tbsp Dried parsley
1 Tbsp dried Oregano
1 Tbsp Garlic Powder
1 Tbsp Onion powder
Pour all the ingredients into a screw top jar and shake to mix. It’ll keep for a few months – shake well before each use.
Again use a little otherwise you could make to salty!
