Dry rub for chicken

Use this dry rub to add awesome flavor to BBq’d, fried or baked chicken. Cut of chicken up to you but thighs are recommended for BBQ.

Mix the ingredients together, an empty jar is a good as you can shake the rub to mix together.

Place chicken in a sealable bag pour in enough dry rub to lightly coat – you don’t need loads. Seal the bag and shake to coat evenly, rub the chicken to help the flavors develop and leave for half an hour or so before cooking.
